I find the reception staff here incredibly rude. Every encounter I've had with them has been a bad one. More training in customer service is definitely needed on the phone and on there social media and app platforms. One of the vet nurses also needs more training

This practice was recommended to me after I had a terrible experience at another vets with my 4 month old rescue kitten where the vet was actually scared of her. I visited Rackheath vets today for her first vaccination and wow what a difference. I cannot praise them enough from the receptionists to the vet, they made me and my cat feel welcome and were so friendly. The vet gave her a full health check and her jab with no problems, she was confident and made my cat feel calm (and me!)

Yet again faultless service by Rackheath vets. Jasper fell unwell around 8am. Appt by 1230 …. By 4pm he was having emergency surgery to remove a mass on his spleen that had caused him internal bleeding. Rackheath vets literally saved his life and I am forever grateful.💜💜

When our bunny started limping we discovered our old vet wasn’t treating rabbits any more so we needed immediate help. We got in touch with Rackheath Vets and they were absolutelly amazing. Registration process was incredibely easy and quick and the most important we got appointment the same day on the time very convinient for us. When we arrived we were very pleased to discover there are separate waiting areas for different animals and even calming spray and carrier covers free to use to help keep your pet happy and calm. Staff was absolutely lovely and very helpfull. We had an appointment with Chris who was brilliant, checked our poor bunny and solved the problem. Very very impressed! We found Rackheath Vets way better than our previous practice who used to be marked as rabbit savy. I will recommend to all my bunny friends 🙂

I can't rate this vets practice highly enough. After moving from a vet practice that couldn't even return calls to plan surgery for my dog, I was recommended to try Rackheath vets. This was the best decision I could have made. They were prompt in seeing my dog, planning her surgery and getting her booked in. The follow up care has been excellent with lots of post-op checks as I was a super worrier. Not once did they make me feel like an inconvenience for worrying and were super friendly and reassuring. They are prompt in their response to any enquiries, and very fairly priced for what they do.
My dog wasn't the easiest as she is an angry chihuahua, but they were really good with her and she is recovering well.
Huge thank you to Chris, Owen and the team at Rackheath vets!

I am so pleased I moved to this practice when it first opened. I never have a problem getting an appointment, on the day or pre-booked.
All of the staff are absolutely superb. We had to have our gorgeous cat PTS a couple of months ago, but Chris tried absolutely everything possible before we made that decision. He even very kindly came out to our home on a Sunday to have her PTS, so we didn't have to distress her with a car journey. He was incredible; so sensitive and respectful.
I cannot mention the vets, without mentioning the nursing staff and the amazing reception team. I think I cried at most of them, and they were all fantastic with us, and so comforting.
I feel incredibly lucky to have Rackheath as my vets practice.
