Very happy customer! Rang up to book, discussed my requirements and different types of products, paid a deposit to book my slot for the following week! Arrived at my booking time, sorted the paperwork, ID as had a number plate made and left my keys. Went back 4 hours later to a quality fitting with certificate and verbal instructions on my tow bar. E.g capacity and weights etc.
Super chuft, a nice laminated certificate of professional installation included. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful. Very helpful on the phone and managed to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon just before closing, couldn't ask for more. Removed the old socket and back plate and replaced it with new ones.
Reasonable price aswell.

Had detachable towbar fitted alongside a trailer service. The customer service was brilliant, fair prices and just nice people to deal with. Wayne spent time to go through the process to ensure I was fully comfortable with the detachable process. Very hard to find good customer service these days, so couldn't recommend enough! Will definitely be going back
