First purchaser..easy ordering with good variety of hardwoods available, accessories available as well, logs that I tested were all 10% or lower moisture, delivery within 2 days of order...cost is higher than some kiln dried suppliers.

High quality logs, always clean and super dry so they burn perfectly. Service has always been timely and when promised, the large bag is always put exactly where we need it, even when we were having building work done, the delivery team found a way to make it work. Product range is good and the one time I messed up my order the head office team sorted me out with no fuss. On-line ordering is easy and quick, with text and email back to confirm order and delivery date/time, with a reminder on the day.

Do not use Anchor Logs Oak if you have an open fire as the company does not clarify until you have purchased the wood, that their oak logs will continually spit embers into your room, onto your dog and rug as "that is what oak does".
Absurd that it apparently should only be used in wood burners.

Been using Anchor logs for 7 years now and service has always been above and beyond. Can always rely on them following our instructions to the letter even when we can’t b there when delivered.
