Came promptly to a fault with heating. Agreed to have a new combi boiler installed. This was done the following week. I was very impressed with the new system. Scott and Henry were very helpful and worked hard to complete the work quickly. Thanks for doing a great job. I will most definitely use them again.

Called the emergency number as Bubbles is only about 20 miles from home in Calne. I later established I was talking to the much-praised Scott; he listened to my boiler problem and immediately suggested I tried changing the batteries in the wireless thermostat. When I did so, the Alarm light on the controller beside the boiler went out and the boiler came back to life! As I write, all still seems well so I rang Scott back to tell him - he seemed genuinely pleased that his knowledgeable advice had helped, and I have made a careful note of his number for future reference.

Would have provided 5 stars, but hidden fees! Charged £96 for just under an hour's work which is fair.

£144 same day appointment fee..... although it was at noon on a Friday. I would have expected a call out fee on a weekend or evening, but not in work hours.

Would never use or recommend these to anyone, we had a new boiler fitted by them, half the time Scott wasn't even on site leaving his apprentice to do the work. And the total disregard for our house, we had clearly had a new kitchen fitted but they stood all over the new worktops, then when filling the old flu hole was dropping mortar all over them as well and as the photos show they have left the loft space in a terrible state. There was never any dust sheets put down during the whole job. And they left the old timer and thermostat on the wall for me to remove. I have also had to make good in the airing cupboard where pipes have been removed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF CLEANING AFTER AND NO REGARD FOR YOUR PROPERTY. I have emailed with my concerns but had no reply.

Checked in a local community group for recommendations and bubbles boiler Ltd was recommended several times, had my boiler replaced in July 2024 and I see why they come highly recommend. Did a really good job and I am happy to add them as my go to trusted trade partner for future projects, thanks Scott and Harry for a fantastic job.

Amazing company, answered the phone straight away. In the most panic. My flat was folded from my washing machine and I needed this as I have an illness. Scott would have been at my address within about 20 mins. This was around 7/8pm on a Saturday just before the England vs Spain was on the Sunday. Didn’t think anyone would have answered and no one did i looked through the whole of google called everyone that said they did 24/7 and they didn’t answer but this company did. Also fixed a boiler that I was told by two different company’s I need a
a new boiler was quoted bettween 3k/6k for a new one as is up 4 floors in a flat needed scaffolding. This company sent a £2.8k quote out for a new boilder scaffolding was going to be around £500/700. So was very good, came out looked at the boiler and said actually we just need a new part here and fitted the part and costed £340 was best never had a problem since “touch wood”. They also Serviced and Gas safety registered all the other properties boilers was really quick and done in a few minutes and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and boilers. also have a messaging service that you can send pictures and get some advice from which is amazing.

Scott and his team swooped in and saved what was a miserable weekend following a burst heating pipe. No boiler/sick child, no heating or hot water.
After messing about with a Platinum policy with Domestic and General, Scott arrived within minutes, fixed the issue and got us up and running. He charged a very reasonable price too. I would not hesitate to recommend this fair, honest and reliable chap. Brilliant service!
