A great system that allows you to track all your vehicles proficiently and manage work from quote to invoice - including job management. Really love this product, its incredibly powerful. The only downside to it is that it does a lot more than you know about, but Big Change offer training throughout the month which you can do yourself or sign up to the online live training sessions. I particular like the lunchtime learning sessions which are short and snappy. So the only thing holding you back, is yourself!

Big Change is a really worthwhile program to revolutionize productivity. It is so easy to use and just works so well.
It has helped us (as a business) compile customer details and manage them all in one place.
The diary is easy to read and having access to the worksheets immediately is a game changer!

Great platform that we have been using now for a number of years including the JobWatch mobile app. We are still expanding and delving deeper into what Big Change can offer us as a business and it is quickly replacing many other platforms in our operations. I have recently had to facilitate a complex integration to another application and the Big Change team were very helpful and prompt in setting this up. In addition, if any day to day support is needed the account management team and first line support are excellent. All round, great service.

If you are thinking of trying any job management software, do not consider signing for any of them until you have checked out the Big Change offering.
We have used it for Eight years and can not imagine ever using any other.
When we had an issue I was extremely impressed in how quick they sorted out our problem.
I can not recommend this company enough.

This is one of the most suitable data portals so far, with a lot of useful areas for both customers and employees to record and manage data.

The support team are very helpful and are willing to find workarounds where possible for processes that can't yet be implemented into the system.

Hopefully, the customers' individual reference number can be exported on multiple different export blueprints in future rather than a select few.

BigChange is a fantastic platform, being able to schedule works and have full view of jobs and resource has really improved the way we work. The CRM and invoicing areas are simple to use and the help desk are always there to help office staff and site staff if we aren't sure on something. I use BigChange everyday, I now have no idea how I coped without it. Thank you
