We contacted Intelligent Dialogue to upskill our management and customer service teams to help with our upcoming growth plans.

We chose Intelligent Dialogue as they listened and understood our requirements, and they built a bespoke course tailored to our company, rather than an 'off the shelf' package. Not only that, they spent time helping us to implement the training, so that we can carry on ensuring great service to our customers.

The training was extremely well received by everyone and we saw results straight away, with staff really focusing on putting the customer first and providing an improved service.

We are very pleased with what was provided and have every confidence that it will help us achieve our growth goals. So much so, that we have commissioned further training for our new sales team to further assist our growth plans.
