Worst customer service experience. Incorrect invoicing every month. Staff who have poor understanding of English. Accounts taking money out of your account incorrectly. Took 7 calls and numerous emails so far and still no further forward than when I first called. If your focus is customer service, I am afraid you maybe disappointed

What a con!
I had to do a supplementary on an authorized estimate and the new update wiped one hour off previous agreed paint time times.
How is this possible? When written on every estimate is "Using manufacturers times" . My thoughts are that this must contravene trading standards?
