I bought a pair of hiking boots here a few weeks ago in preparation for a trip to Andorra. The kind lady who assisted me (unfortunately I didn't get her name) gave me some very useful advice and patiently waited while I tried on several different pairs over the course of about an hour - excellent customer service. The range of products here is very good, too.

this retailer is so expensive! when i checked online you could get the same stuff so much cheaper! also noticed that the prices went up the week before christmas, def worth ordering online through cheaper retailers in advance, i dont think i'll be coming back to go outdoors

I called up this morning asking if the had a pair of Men's Exeo GORE-TEX® Hiking Shoes and they did they put them aside for me to pick up when I got there they was a lovely lady who I spoke to on the phone got the shoes I asked for I forgot to get her name just wanted to say thank you for the good service

We bought a OEX roof tent from GoOutdoors Thurrock, the service we received was brilliant!
Harvey was so helpful with our questions and even helped create a solution with getting such a large item into our small van.
He even carried it with my husband out to the van, super polite, very approachable and welcoming smile.
We were very grateful for all his help.
Would highly recommend this store, with fantastic service and a wide selection of products.

Large store but rip off prices, charges you extra unless you sign up to a membership card you have to pay for, a pair of shoes my wife wanted was £115 with the card or £105 without, looked on Amazon and found them for £75 and I know that is an online store but a difference of £40? No thank you, avoid this store at all costs unless you like to be ripped off

I went there today I found staff to be very professional and helpful. I had friendly chat with a gentleman who provided me with very good advice and information that I did require. All in all very good experience as all go outdoor stores tent to keep the customer service on a good standard. I probably won't be coming back and I can recommend it to anyone.

What a shame been here before and got excellent service but this time, had to walk out due to long wait to be even seen and staff were rude …
