These cowboys are riding the government green home gravy train, nothing but bad experience from start to finish, they made a poor job of putting up scaffolding under the guise of 'Tube it Scaffolding' on 11th February and it's 7th March and it's still up! Apart from the scaffolding been up nearly a month for a few hours work it's also pressing up against my guttering to the point it bent it out of shape causing water to flow in the wrong places! The coordinator Eve is dreadful with communication to the point of not being specific to when the various tradespeople were supposed to turn up to do the work on my property been putting scaffolding,the roofer not turning up and couldn't be bothering letting us know he wasn't turning up like agreed keeping my partner and my disabled daughter waiting in all day and when my partner phoned or messaged to ask when they was coming round half the time no answer or just fed a pack of lies and excuses. The issue now is when are the coming to take the scaffolding down as it causes me issues everytime it rains! they turned up last week without letting me or my partner know what time they was coming around and they waited for over an in my backstreet with their assuming I am physic and can see through an 8ft high brick wall assuming I must have x-ray vision! I only realised this when I checked my back gate CCTV the day after..I guess it didn't cross their mind to knock on front door or phone me or my partner to let us know they had turned up, daft as a brush. If you complain to Eve you just get blocked. AVOID AVOID & AVOID!
