We employed Albert Road Consulting to do costly SEO project. After a few months we discovered that our rankings had actually gone down and a random google business profile had been created. We then discovered that our website hadn't been logged onto for months and we were paying a monthly fee of £1,000 for absolutely no work.

We confronted the company and were given a partial refund. We should have been refunded for the whole project. As not only was our time wasted but the time we employed their services it was a huge detriment to our company!

SEO is extremely important to our business and we were disgusted that our business was handled with such lack of care and compassion.
