I've used German Auto Care in Pudsey for well over 20 years for both Mercedes and now my Smart 453. If you have a German car then you should give them a try. They are much cheaper than the main dealer, use genuine parts and they can update the digital service book.
Always excellent service, excellent value and knowledgeable and friendly staff who go the extra mile. Today is a great example of this, where Kevin picked up my car from home for it's MOT, took payment over the phone, and delivered it back to me. Top class customer service.

I have used German Auto Care at Pudsey for many years. One of the reasons I keep using this garage for the maintenance of my Mercedes is because of their excellent customer service. An example this week I have had a battery issue where a notification came on the dashboard. I spoke to Kevin at reception and he was very knowledgeable about the issue and promptly made me an appointment. After a few days I had to rearrange the appointment and Kevin was very understanding and helpful and nothing was an issue. He made me a new appointment at short notice and it’s this customer service that keeps me coming back here and I recommend this garage if you want an honest efficient customer experience .

My dad recently went to get a fan fixed. The mechanics reviewed the car and quoted £750 to fix it. As he didn’t want to pay that they put it back. Miraculously it was working again when he left 5 minutes later. So either it fixed its self or something very straight forward was wrong with it. Completely dishonest business and not the only bad experience I’ve head from this place.

I recently booked my Merc into B&M German Auto Care to repair a steering lock fault which I understand to be a common issue with some Mercedes. On my initial call to B&M to book my vehicle in for the repair, I was advised of a date in which the issue could be diagnosed/repaired. However, due to the date given, I advised that I was unable to have the vehicle transported to them at Pudsey due to work commitments. As a result, I was advised that if I could have the car transported to them on the Saturday prior to the date given, it would not be a problem .....which I did. On the date the issue with the vehicle was diagnosed, I received a call informing me of how much the repair would cost, and also an approximate date in which the repair would be carried out. I was however, very pleased to receive a call from B&M a few days prior to the initial repair date to advise that the repair had been carried out ,and was available for collection. The service I received by B&M exceeded my expectations, and the cost of the repair was far less than the quote I had previously received from a Leeds based Mercedes main dealer. THANK YOU B&M German Auto Care, and I would not hesitate to recommend your exceptional service to others, or book my car in with you again should it be necessary.......10/10!

I got my car serviced by the garage there was no advisories it was all okay. I made them aware that the oil light is showing, the garage confirmed, that they did not find anything the service has passed. A few weeks later went back to confirm the light is showing said that the oil is leaking and need to pay 800 for work to be done which I did and confirmed that I would have 2 years warranty. I got the work done and after 2 weeks the same problem however the garage is not willing to take liability for the work that is done. I have tried calling and speaking to the garage but keep and fobbing me off and being rude. Wanted to speak to the director said are on holiday wanted to speak to ombudsman said find out for yourself who we are registered by. Wanting another 500 to do further checks so that can diagnose another problem and then confirm the price of additional work needed to be done.

Fixed my panoramic sunroof which had locked up and prior to that was creating a wind noise. Quick turnaround and fitted me in at a time to suit me when they were already busy. Amazing service and fair price.

Far better than going to a main dealer.

I’ve been taking my car to German Autocare since this January, I have had a DSG gearbox service on my 2017 A6 Avant which was very reasonably priced, and a full oil change, Service and MOT and new tyres here.

Unfortunately after the tyres were fitted paint had come off of my alloys, I spoke to Richie who sorted everything out for me.. for starters he took ownership of the problem and saw it through for me.. in the end my alloys were refurbished courtesy of German Autocare.
This for me show’s the level of customer service that these guys are committed to.

Very well priced, extremely friendly staff who will do anything to help.

I will not take my car anywhere else.

Again, another special mention to Richie for sorting all the work out from my car from the start of this year up to now!

Have just taken divery of this beautifu Audi A6 Allroad. A well priced, well maintened car, prepared to a high standard by German Autocare. I drove 200 miles to do business with Lee and am delighted with the outcome. Thank you team we will be back for another one in the future. Tina and Richard.
