Just spent 2.5 hours in a standstill traffic waiting to leave the car park after stopping on a way back from France.
The staff did nothing to stop people jumping the queue or regulate the traffic. Moreover, now we are going to get a penalty, as we stayed in the traffic jam for over 2 hrs, apparently at this service station.
Don’t know why or what is going on there.
The whole thing seems like a trap where there is no other way to get out from the service station - as the only way out is to go back through the same way via a very congested roundabout. People were waiting desperately for hours with children, and not knowing what to do.
An absolute disgrace. God forbid to stop there again!

We stopped for a quick Costa break about 2am on 15th October. A lovely gentleman served us... very attentive.

Many thanks to him for the lovely coffees and hot muffins

Stopped off for a refreshment break and was very surprised to find a breathtaking view outside. I rated highly because I spotted my first ever kingfisher which wildlife enthusiasts will understand how exciting that is 😁 didn't order food only drinks at Costa and staff were polite and the place was clean. Toilets were clean too!

Karan from Greg's was so nice she took pity on my husband and specially made a fresh hot margarita pizza, as he is vegetarian and was unable to heat up the salad, she went above and beyond and it was so appreciated please give her a raise for her amazing customer service

The staff at Greggs are brilliant and very helpful. I was having a problem with my App and the manager Ali took care of everything. Customer Service at it's finest. I hope this message reaches Ali and his team as they are a credit to the services.

Not the most scintillating of services in the south. Staff seem as if they can't be bothered half the time, sometimes even looking at you as though you're stupid when asking a simple question. The place itself could do with sprucing up & a coat of paint. Not exactly the most easy on the eye or restful place when taking a break from hours spent on the road

Nice clean services, except Costa. Most of there tables were dirty. Toilets, best service toilets I've been to, with flowers.

Stopped for a refreshment break and was pleasantly surprised to find a magnificent view right outside! Rated highly due to the gentle waft of smoke floating lazily into the atmosphere.
