We had a good size room and comfortable beds . One minor point is maybe not enough electrical sockets in the room. However, any minor niggles were far outweighed by the service offered by all the staff and in particular, the amazing Jo on reception. Jo was so friendly and helpful; she went above and beyond to help us, both on arrival and check-out. We couldn't have been treated better, a big thank you to everyone we met during our stay.

Excellent hotel adjacent to Fontwell Racecourse. Free parking for residents, friendly staff including Manager Beverley who greets you with a beaming smile. Nice spacious room with comfortable beds, TV and en-suite. No food available on site but The Stables Bar & Restaurant next door is on hand for all food and drink requirements. An excellent and value for money stay.

Myself and partner Spent a night here on saturday and had the best couple of days away.. Hotel was so clean bathroom was spotless everywhere smelt clean. We checked in early and met a Lovely lady on reception didn't get her name but friendly and helpful. Hotel very quiet , FREE parking with great pub next door.. what more could you want!. Spent a lovely day at arundel castle well worth a visit. Recommend a stay hotel…you won't be disappointed!

Stayed for a night as we had a wedding. Great hotel plenty of free parking very friendly helpful staff on check in and when we checked out. The room and bathroom very clean we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you hope to stay again in the future

This is a lovely little hotel, well placed on the A27 for travel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are always very attentive and friendly. I've never had an issue whilst staying here, and I would definitely recommend it.

Good value. Everything clean and working perfectly. Staff very friendly welcoming and efficient. A special Thank You to Charity, who went out of her way to reunite me with my iPhone charger and cable. She was fabulous!

We stayed here on Saturday night. The hotel is really nice, clean and in a nice area. Check in was easy and check out was simple.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds were comfy and quiet. No noise from the roads and we enjoyed a very relaxing stay.

We had dinner in the old stables next door and had a wonderful Saturday night.

I would highly recommend this place, loads of parking and good area.
