Sadly I am having to update this review. Despite what I said 1 year ago, their support has not lived up to the initial first impression.
whenever I have had to contact them, my ticket just gets ignored, and I have to keep chasing and chasing and chasing for weeks to get responses.

So my rating is now changing from 5 starts to 3

I can highly recommend pax8 based on my own experience so far.

Previously I have used GIACOM and their support and attitude stinks.
They are simply not interested in you unless you are a big client with deep pockets, ZERO interested in consultants or freelancers like myself, won't even let you use their platform unless you have existing clients to signup. And it takes Giacom days or weeks of chasing to get replies to support tickets.

Pax8 are the complete opposite. I am a tiny , insignificant self employed consultant, but I feel like I get treated the same way as their big clients who spend £1000's per month and they respond same day.

Same day replies to tickets.

If I have an issue or a question, my account manager Jack woollard is happy to get on the phone with me, do a screenshare etc.
