Excellent all round, providing great customer care with a really conscientious attitude, knowledge & enthusiasm. We needed a new boiler and there was a few other issues along the way that meant Josh put in an 11 hour day to make sure we didn't have to go another night without heating... Massively appreciated by the whole family! Thanks!

My hot water tank developed a leak. After a week of telephone messages left with various plumbers ( about fifteen) who never even bothered to return my calls, out of sheer despair I went on the Gas Safe Register and found Josh. Not only Josh answered my call but is courteous and came as promised the following day to assess the problem. A new cylinder was needed and fitted less than a week later. I also asked Josh to service my boiler and do a Gas Safe Check of all my gas appliances including the gas fire. Josh dit it all in one day turning what had started as a very stressful situation when I discovered a leak into a happy ending. I shall keep Josh's contact details in a very safe place indeed as I now know a plumber I can rely on to do a good job and to do it at the agreed time. Josh is a rare plumber...as rare as winning the lottery!
