I had a knee issue and my knee was so swollen I could not move it or walk, I managed to get an appointment within the week which was great as GP surgery could not offer that. I saw Mark Jones who was such a lovely man and very knowledgeable, he drained the fluid for me and gave me a steroid injection, although not pleasant to have done he made it as painless as possible and I am pleased to say my knee is mostly back to normal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark at all. I also think the cost was very reasonable.

I have used the hydrotherapy pool under the care of Jayne for a number of years, following joint replacements and other surgeries. I continue to benefit from attending to maintain my mobility and fitness.
Jayne is a wonderfully supportive instructor and mentor who has helped me to quickly recover after each surgical procedure.
I would be lost without this facility.

Nice pool and warm enough for the babies swimming here. My main gripe is the unnessasarily noisy fan, which is a bit relentless. (I should have said my gripe is aimed much more at the designers of such equipment than the operators of this nice site)

My baby's swimming lessons take place at this pool. Whilst the pool itself is nice and warm, the changing rooms would benefit from a changing table as we currently change on the bench or floor, which is not sanitary. There also appears to be no heating and thus freezing as soon as you're out of the water, which in fairness is to be expected this time of the year!

Amazing service.. made the call, was booked in a week later, was given all the information I needed. Had my appointment with Mark Jones, he was incredibly helpful and very well educated on my injury. Was made to feel comfortable and given the procedure on the day, left with a feeling of relief. Would highly recommend, and would use again if necessary.
