Worked here for a little over two years as a graduate; having left in Jan 2020. It's a wonderful place to work, as you are presented with challenging tasks, whilst being surrounded by highly experienced individuals, who are always more than happy to help should you encounter any difficulties. The company itself is quite small, making everyone, including the COO, easy to interact and have discussions with. I enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend working at Cabot to any graduates seeking to kickstart their careers.

Don't even try to be part of their team. Been approached by a recruiter for a software developer role - been declined by means they did not state in the initial request. Time wasters in my opinion, they lack proficiency in the domain of IT and respect. If you wish to do guess work for a living - they are the perfect place for you to work since they probably don't know either what they want. P.S. Website needs a bit of updating, CSS not loading on 1 website, news are literally 8 years old... yada yada, no reason to offer it more than 1 star.
