I have worked alongside and employed H&A both professionally in events and personally to protect my home and family.

Never once have they let me down. They are exceptionally responsive to requests whether that be to respond urgently or just for information, advice and a quote.

The staff I have come across, from senior managers to those operating on the front line are excellent. Polite, professional and approachable. They really are understanding that security in 2021 is far more about customer service than meatheads and intimidation. And they’re nailing it. Very highly recommended.

Doesn't pay staff, have to chase for money, seems
like the company is in financial difficulties when staff are having to wait 6-8 after working before being paid or in my case not being paid at all When messaging MD Gareth he just ignores your messages also sent multiple emails to the office regarding payment still no response most definitely the worse company ive ever worked alongside. definitely wouldn't recommend Unfortunately couldn’t give no stars as H&A don’t deserve 1star

Staff can be ok and pay is good but not fair for younger stewards being targeted by certain staff constantly and then not giving p45 for letting staff go.
