My dad used this branch twice and both times got robbed!!
He goes to a post office every week to put the exact same amount on electric and gas pre-payment cards.
He used this branch because his usual one was closed.
He got home and just happened to look at his receipt and they had put £10 less on electric but took the full amount off him! Just because he’s an old age pensioner they think he’s an easy target!
This has happened twice now as I’ve checked back through receipts.
He went in to challenge them about it but got laughed out of the shop.
IF THEY CAN DO THIS TO 1 PENSIONER, HOW MANY MORE CAN THEY DO IT TO

Went in 17th April. Went for printing and post stamps. Very disappointed in the service from the shop counter. Slow and rude. Otherwise a handy post office when using the normal postal counters. Tried to charge me £9 for printing, went somewhere else and got it for £1.50

So unprofessional staff eating food behind counter and discarding customers one operative made me wait 15 minutes while chatting to a old friend then came back asking my query I'd already told her then she ate some crisps on her counter and when I asked her a question she nearly chocked on her crisps coughing perfrousley

Nazreen helped my mum renew her drivers license, fill out and send my provisional learners license and helped us for our true copy. We are delighted to be assisted by her and continue to seek her support at the post office because it’s impeccable. The customer service she brings is excellent. I would recommend Nazreen to anyone wanting to stop by at the post office for anything!

Today date 10 November 2022
I visited this post office in Preston city center to do my digital passport service
First I did not know what this digital passport service is, but nazreen explain me everything.
Amazing staff, Nazreen fantastic service And very very helpful. And so friendly. Not only that’s she also helped me with my renew driving license same time everything in one roof.
I don’t understand why people writing wrong things about this post office I can’t see anything wrong there all staff are good and smiley faces.
Other thing I would like to say is when I entered in post office , it absolutely so nice environment and so nicely Christmas decorated branch
I will give this post office 10 out of 10
I will definitely visit this post office again if I need any help because staff in there are helpful and care for people
We need post offices like this in our community
