Competent, friendly and informative are the sort of words I would use to describe my experience of One Call garage: from my initial telephone enquiry to the final moment when I drove away with a fully serviced motorhome, ready for its next journey to the far reaches of Europe and beyond. I have driven my way through 5 motorhomes in the last 30 years and this was as good as it gets.

Excellent service extended beyond their doors. For one problem they couldn’t fix (a broken spring in the habitation door lock), I was given the name of someone who could in a nearby specialist motorhome dealership (Todds). They can and they will, and so everything is sorted.

One Call? I wouldn’t hesitate to call again and recommend other motorhomers and campervanners to make their own call.

Busiest time of the year for mot testing and managed to fit me in on the day in an afternoon. Very reliable and will be using you guys for all work from now on. Cheers john!

Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience at One Call.

Tried charging us for work we don't think was done and now we have damage on our car
After a week of having the car and throwing quotes at us for all the work our car apparently needed.
first was a cylinder, then a new clutch, then bearings, then the car suddenly worked.

They have now snapped a part of my vehicle and have damaged the wheel as I have taken my car to a main dealer for a second opinion to confirm the issue with the car due to them trying to overcharge me for work.

We was happy to pay for the work agreed (replacement of a part) however tried adding further amounts not agreed onto the invoice. They then refused to let me collect my car without paying the full amount. I agreed to pay for the work carried out and agreed with me before hand. they have then messed further with the car which wasn't agreed as we was seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

After this, we arranged collection via a recovery company and the car part has been snapped off (this is not how we left the car with them, they was meant to return in the same condition if they wasn't allowing us to pay for the replacement) and also damaged our wheel.

Please be careful before using this garage, I have only just seen the other negative reviews. I have received abusive language from the staff and a car that is now damaged! I do not think this is acceptable and I am now seeking legal advice from trading standards and the police.

You told us you couldn’t show us proof of asking to do further works
We asked for this as we knew nothing was ever agree.
We did not refuse to pay the bill we have 3 emails asking to pay the replacement cylinder price (the only work that “had” been approved and “completed”)
I have left no other negative reviews as have never had this bad service before.
I think you need to re look at your comment about abuse. Just to add myself that I did not once raise my voice or use a threatening tone to you when I called I tried to resolve the problem and pay the bill which you did not allow me to do.
Your male owner threatened me several times which I haven’t mentioned above and had to ring the police and log it.
You didn’t leave our car in the same repair as it was delivered to you. The cylinder come back to us in the footwell and not fitted to the car.
I think it’s only fair to be honest on review which I have been.

On my holiday in england we stranded with broken breaks on our motorhome...this guys here are angles did everything to get our old motorhome fixed in one day❤️

This is a very long overdue review, but better late than never. I cannot thank OneCall enough. They have revived my car(s) on multiple occasions. I have had bad experiences with many other garages, however I would never take my car anywhere else. My only regret is that I didn't find out about these guys sooner! If you're looking for a reliable, affordable garage to work on your car, then look no further. Again, massive shout out to everyone at OneCall!

Sent my mx5 in to get cut, welded and painted as the rear arches and sills were rotten. Despite it being a much bigger job than expected they did everything perfectly and the car now looks mint! Definitely recommend this garage for big jobs.

Yet again a brilliant and fast service, I turned up needing a second opinion and the guys sorted the issue almost immediately and wouldn’t accept my offer of payment! A great company I cannot recommend highly enough. Five Stars
