I was extremely impressed by the Level 2 Survey provided by IQS.

We needed a survey completing really quickly over the New Year period and they not only offered excellent value for money, but were able to accommodate our need for a quick response.

As a first time buyer as many others might think, i always wondered why you would pay a decent chunk of money for a home survey and if its actually worth anything. I can confidently say that since receiving the report on my first property is that it is incredibly worth it. The detail that has gone into the home report is invaluable and will go into such extreme detail and be able point out any significant problems with the property. The report was utterly thorough, easy to read and to understand. The turn around from the survey to receiving the report was incredibly quick and has given me great insight on any issues i will face moving into the property. Brilliant service!

I got a level 2 survey and I can not recommend them enough!!!!! They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. They do a price match which is great! They are fast in booking and even quicker at delivering the report. It said it would take 5-7 days to get the report, we got this back in 2 days. The survey report is very detailed too with pictures showing any issues which i found very helpful as sometimes it difficult to understand where or what is wrong when this is just in writing so i was very happy with this. They have a 24/7 service online to ask any questions who was very helpful and always gave me the answers i needed.

Fantastic service. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. It was so easy to book online, I used the online chat to get help and advice about which survey I required. The survey was organised directly through the estate agent so all I had to do was book and wait for the report to come through. The report was very thorough and detailed. The survey was very affordable compared to others and far better than a lot of surveys I have seen before. Overall the service and survey was fantastic and I highly recommend this to anyone.
