Service was very efficient and easy, and reasonably priced. Some keys weren’t working on my laptop. Upon inspection, it seemed the whole keyboard panel needed replacing due to the model type. Mark explained in full and gave me options which was really useful. All sorted and very happy, would definitely recommend!

Amazing service and a great bloke.
Mark came round to look at my laptop within an hour of calling. After a quick check it was clear the hard drive was dead. Explained all the costs, took it away and brought it back the same evening. Few additional upgrades at a very good price and it's better than it ever was.

Would 100% recommend. Always welcome round for a brew mate!

Mark was a Godsend! After a sticky drink was spilled on my laptop, he attempted to clean it up and after realising that it wasn't going to work again, sourced a replacement. I'm very grateful for his help. He collected and returned it at a time suitable to me and was very knowledgeable and considerate. I'll definitely keep hold of his number - and keep the liquids away from this laptop. :).

Had called for a pc clean and some minor adjustments and for the price, it was outstanding he had gave me tips how to upkeep and maintain aswell with being mobile I could meet him at my house after work and just get things sorted straight away, hats off to him

Been with Mark for 21 years. Great guy and has never let me down. supplied and set up many pc's, laptops, printers with great back up service whenever I have needed it. Can get his help on phone or visit and he is never anything but cheerful. Would not use anyone else and he still looks young despite the years of putting up with me. cheers.......
