Gavin replaced a leaking kitchen tap and fixed a leaking toilet cistern for me.
He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, then communicated clearly some available tap options, job price (very reasonable) and his availability (which was soon).
He was friendly, informative, helpful and capable. All was done quickly and everything left clean and tidy.
I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past - from those who couldn't come for months, even though I had a leak, to one who just didn't turn up to an agreed appointment and didn't respond to my messages.
So I am very happy to have found Gavin, and will certainly use his services again - and recommend him to others.

Just adding to everything that has been said here already: responsive, professional, tidy, reasonable, thoughtful, trustworthy. Gavin came out to fix a leaking cistern inlet in a very awkward installation, he was clear from the start about the likely challenges and also offered the option to replace the siphon while all the workings were exposed. None of this was easy but Gavin left everything clean and tidy, finished correctly and functioning better than before.

Gavin from Taps & Toilets offers an amazing 5 STAR service. He is knowledgeable, experienced and went above and beyond to help us in our hour of need to fix a leak at the back of our toilet cistern.

Once parts were replaced and the leak was fixed, he then replaced the pipe boxing and resealed everything so it looked like new. It looks better now than it did to start with!

Brilliant work and I would certainly be recommending Gavin to anyone in the need of a reputable plumber.

I have needed Gavin’s assistance on two occasions now and both times the service has been fantastic.
After a run of poor tradespeople Gavin was a breath of fresh air. He is curteous, friendly and professional.
The work was completed to a high standard at a very reasonable (fixed) price.
I feel confident in recommending Gavin to anyone who requires an honest, professional plumber. In fact I have already recommended him to a number of elderly folk I work with as I know they will feel completely as ease in his company and will happy with the fixed price option.
