Copy For Less LTD, are an incredible company. Their customer service is second to none. We are a nursing home and need our printer/scanner to be ever ready and completely reliable. I have had a few issues recently with the paper feed, mainly to do with my inexperience of the system. Most of the time, the technicians are able to assist over the phone. Without fail, they are courteous, patient, knowledgable and polite. We had to call out the engineer recently. Ian arrived promptly and dealt with the issue efficiently. Ian, just like the other staff members at Copy For Less Ltd, was friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this company. I'm also really impressed with the monitoring service and receive the toners etc. in plenty of time for when they are required.
