There’s no two ways about it…
This is one of the best business decisions I have made by joining opticabase. It’s what’s needed for my business to grow, for it to run more efficiently and to be more profitable.

It will also save hours and hours of my time as well as my teams time.

Michael Prais and Opticabase have transformed our practice in the last two years since we upgraded to the full system.
The direct support is second to non with Michael always on hand to answer our questions.
Of which there have been many !!
We are still finding extra things that Opticabase can do!!
It integrates completely and accurately with PCSE payments and we have not had any problems since the transition from paper GOS.

We have been extremely happy with Opticabase. A great product at a very reasonable rate. It is forever evolving. However, the quality of tech support is the real stand - out. Replies to queries are very fast, often immediate and all requests are met if it is possible. Well done Michael and the rest of the team.

So impressed with Opticabase and Michaels ability to deal with eGos and all the teething problems that go with it. Nothing is too much for Michael. Listening to friends that are trying to navigate egos on their own I would recommend Opticabase every time, as we are shielded from the problems, he sorts any issues and tells us when the system is "timing out" to prevent unnecessary hours trawling through and resubmitting everything that potentially gets lost. He's only a phonecall away from sorting all your patient management computer systems.

Opticabase offers the freedom to have a "tailor made system" with Michael always eager to make changes that suit each individual practice.
