Only place to go in and around Prestwich. My brakes were dodgy for a few weeks, tried 2 other garages nearby, been told it could be a part behind the engine so full rebuild was needed, in excess of £500. Marc bled the brakes, feel like new and it was £80. Managed to get rid of an annoying noise as well. Found my local garage for sure.

A friend of mine recommended Parkside to me a few months ago when one of our work vans needed some work doing. After getting the van back from the guy's I was over the moon with the service I received from them.. The lads are really knowledgeable on all makes and models, really honest and really friendly, not like the usual grumpy old bloke you get in most garages..The repair prices are no more expensive than any other garage but the service is miles better than I've ever seen.. After my first visit I've been back with most of our fleet and my own personal cars .. I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Took my car in for a service, the people were friendly and seemed honest however they tried to charge me £700 to fix the exhaust. I took it to a different garage who fixed it all for £65. Either Parkside garage don't know what they're talking about or they were taking advantage of the fact that I am a young female who knows little about cars. Absolutely disgusting, if you're female I recommend going anywhere else because they will try to con you!

Ryan was an absolute gem. Went above and beyond to help me when I had broken down 350 miles from home: Liased with my mechanic down here. He made a potentially very stressful situation much more bearable. Totally reccomend.

Bodywork rust issues caused an MOT fail and they asked for £700 to get it fixed! Part of the reason for such an expensive fee was apparently due to really bad rust on my wheel arches. Because I was skeptical I took my car to another garage and they have said that for just £350 they can fix my car (including the MOT fee). Also this other garage has told me that this 'wheel arches rust issue' doesn't actually mean an MOT fail so I have also saved £100 by not getting that fixed, meaning I'm instead paying just £250, £450 less! I can't say for sure if they intentionally tried to rip me off but even if they didn't, it still means they have poor judgement for thinking it would cost so much to repair my car.
