I nipped in for a friend up the road today and I wanted to bring something to your attention. I visited your shop earlier today and unfortunately, I experienced some unpleasant interactions. When I asked if you were okay, you ignored me and gave me a funny look. Additionally, I noticed that the shop didn't have a pleasant smell. My local store and they are always friendly and helpful. If I needed anything during lockdown they were e than willing to help and even offered to delivery if possible. The post office is open until they close at night which is really convenient and all in all they are an asset to the community I feel.

Always helpful. All staff professional and friendly. Never had any problems here and been using them for years now. It's great being able to use the PO counter outside "normal" PO hours, can't fault them.

Lady owner is nice, as for the small gentleman owner he is very short with people, comes accrues as being nosey when you are posting parcels wants to know what is inside, what kind of business you have. Complains mostly everytime I go in the shop to the point now that I avoid at all costs. It Is also expensive.

Such a shame that members if the community have to feel this way.
