Says they are open until 8 online and on DPD information, so arranged for my parcel to be delivered here. Got there and they just decided to shut at 6. Poor service.

Sent a 50-year-old tea set to a lady in Scotland. The China was well-packed with bubble wrap and paper, in a similar manner to crockery I have recently sent via other couriers without problem. Box was marked FRAGILE on all sides, and well sealed.
Package arrived with no damage but with 30% of the contents broken, so it must have been handled roughly. For this they charged me £16.72.

The recipient told me she had had similar recent experiences with Parcelforce deliveries, especially with items marked as fragile!

I made three complaints to Parcelforce, but each time they blandly direct me towards their "no compensation for china" policy in the small print. They wouldn't even refund the postage charge.

I suggested that in view of the recipient's experiences they may investigate the handling route, but this just didn't register at all with their attitude to customer service or quality control.

Parcelforce are a poor relation in comparison with other courier services, and don't seem to want to improve. Certainly I would shed no tears if they went out of business.

Posted a Xone23 mixer. According to Royal Mail tracking the mixer never left the premises. I was robbed of £175. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Theft!

I send 11 parcels from this post office apparently all lost plz dont use this post office its a thief post office i lost 150 pounds i dont want some 1 else do i am sending long time parcels only this post office is lost parcels .
