Once again excellent experience from iMend in Billingshurst. Quickly and efficiently replaced the battery in my iPhone 8. Apple had refused to swap a new battery as the water damage tell tails had been triggered - who knows why, it hasn't been immersed! It works fine, no need to replace. Thank you.

I have twice used the service , once for advice about getting a new battery for my iPhone and recently because I had broken the rear camera. On both occasions I was given helpful advice and this time decided to purchase a refurbished phone rather than go for the repair. My ‘new ‘ phone comes with a 6 month warranty and was ready to pick up in a couple of hours with all my data transferred for me. The price seemed much the same as similar I have seen online. I will certainly use the service again and recommend it to others.
