I’ve had a beautiful experience today at the Barnes Green Post Office as I was served by a lovely lady called Katie, she’s honestly the best. This is my local post office and whenever I go and she serves me she delivers excellent customer service as she’s very friendly and approachable. Thank you Katie for always providing a warm welcome.
