I've been going in this shop since I was a child. I'm in my 40's now and I still pay it a visit. It has everything, newspapers, magazines, cards, books, stuff for birthday parties, balloons. Very friendly staff. This is the kind of local business which deserves support. Pay it a visit and you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic local business with a great selection of cards, stationery and party range, they offer an excellent Helium balloon service for all occasions and deliver to venues in the area. Always friendly and accommodating, great personal service. I’ve arranged balloons for parties at local restaurants and they’ve been fantastic at a reasonable price too. Highly recommended. 🎈🎈🎈👏👏👏

Bad Mannered
Balloon guy extremely rude and bad mannered , won't be shopping there again . The lady at the front of the shop with the long curly black hair was absolutely lovely tho .

I went to Percival's to get a balloon for my son and the owner didn't have the right colour of blue. 2 hours later he knocked on our door with the balloons and ribbon in the perfect colour.
The people who own this shop are amazing and will do whatever they can to make sure your purchase is perfect.

Was given the wrong balloons for a special birthday which they initially did not apologize for although much later they did but they would not accept fault for handing over the wrong order. The young assistant in the shop was very aggressive
