My experience is almost the same as the earlier review by Matthew C. Westgate IT were great. Since the take over by Acora we feel that we are being pressured into upgrading systems that are not that old. Any problems that we have can only be solved by a major investment and never by a simple reconfiguration. The day to day service desk is still good, but the service for larger projects has been terrible with a feeling that no-one is taking ownership. After handing in our notice, Acora were incredibly unhelpful with the handover to the new providers to the point of seeming deliberately obstructive. I have spent many hours and e-mails chasing the required information to give the new providers, and at one point turned up at their offices to get them to cooperate. Never again.

Excellant service with very competitive rate's. Westgate have looked after all our company IT for a few months now with any issues quickly resolved. The IT support team are very responsive and knowledgeable in sorting any issues over one phone call. I would highly recommended them to any business.

I used Westgate IT for about 15 years and they were great. Unfortunately since becoming Acora the service level noticeably fell and all they have tried to do since taking over is up-sell overly expensive services with grossly exaggerated number of engineer days required to deliver the services. Very disappointing, so we moved.

Excellant a first class service at a very competitive rate. Westgate have looked after all our company requirements, from our main frame server at head office, to our cloud email system. Also supplying us with our new pc's and printers for all our branches. The IT support team are very responsive sorting any issues whilst your on the phone. Highly recommended 5 stars aren't enough.

Terrible Company really shocked by the childish behaviour displayed by staff members. No abilty to problem solve. If you want answers and solutions i would go with a different company. In bath this is a competitve industy and businesses with this kind of mentality will not last long. As you can see from the owners comment no recolection of customer base. As of posting this review several 5 star reviews of what i assume are friends and payed for reviews have magically appeared. This would be to mitigate damage from the only truthful review here. Before this week the last review was from 11 months ago. These blatent lies and smoke screening from the truth should tell you all you need to know about this company. Avoid at all cost there are much better competitors operating in Bath. Do your research and avoid avoid avoid.
