Really helpful and friendly. I send a lot of parcels and have had no issues. If I am unsure of anything, they are always willing to advise. It's also really handy having a shop that sells a large variety of goods. We need more local post office shops like this. We lost ours from Pawlett, so I really appreciate having this one here in Puriton!

The Puriton Post Office is excellent. They always take the time to make sure all my questions are answered, even when it comes to more complex things like figuring out shipping costs for international packages. I’ve never felt rushed or unwelcome don the shop, even when there is a queue of people. I feel really fortunate to have such a lovely post office so close by.
