Great team that manages company and telephony and solutions, quick response times and will always recommend cheap and effective solutions. We joined them over 5 years ago and never had any issues, looking after large companies telephony and mobile accounts was difficult and Artemis were the perfect answer to managing large accounts. The core platform has all the features we require (and more!), and is very reliable. Artemis have provided exemplary support and customer service, responding swiftly on the one occasion we suffered outage (at the hands of BT).
During the Covid-19 lockdowns, the ability for us to take our office phone numbers home with us has proved invaluable, making working from home much easier.

Where do I start with this business - Was promised the earth in terms of support, was assured they had an efficient support team. As it turns out no support and no staff just one man in dinghy. Should off stayed with my IT company whom I was loyal to for 11 years.
Stay well clear of these guys and remember to read the terms and conditions before you exit.
