If I could recommend Andy more I would! Any fixed a failed PC upgrade that I had mucked up, got it up and running, and the new CPU installed when I feared the worst. Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough service. Highly recommended!

Spoke to Andy today - I'm having problems with my Laptop and I've done the basic troubleshooting myself and he's been really helpful and given me some great advice! As I'm fairly technical with PC's anyway, I can tell that he really knows his stuff and was willing to advise me on potential repair routes for my Laptop without trying to grab my money to just open the Laptop up unnecessarily. Andy seems like a genuine PC repairer which can often be difficult to find nowadays.

When I had an issue with my gaming desktop with a random black screen only rectified by a hard reboot I took it to Andy.

The service was great he kept me informed at every stage of the repair and sent me links to the relevant websites that were discussing the issues I was encountering so that the plan the rectify the problem was backed up by research.

All areas of concern from power supply to RAM to graphics card were carefully checked and issues resolved.

Andy contacted me before any parts were ordered to check that everything was ok to proceed. I ended up with a fully working tweaked machine that runs perfectly.

I have recommended Andy to several friends as I feel the sevice was so much better than I would have got at any high street store and the results were excellent and at a very reasonable price.

It seemed I had lost all the data kept on my external hard drive (i.e. 4 years of my life) but through hard work and perseverance, Andy was able to recover all the data. I am extremely happy with the friendly and quick service I received. The price was also very competitive so I would recommend to anyone.

Andy if I could give you more than 5 stars I would! Helpful, friendly and such a decent guy! Sound advice and sorted out my ballsed up attempt at fixing/cleaning my PS4. Will definitely come back to you when I need anything else fixed and would 100% reccomed you to anyone that’s in need of your services!

Superb service at excellent rates...Andy did us proud and repaired the wife’s laptop in 2 hours flat! We thought it was a goner after our 2 year old used it as a trampoline.

He deterred us from spending a fortune on new parts and got the laptop back in tip-top shape at a fraction of the cost we had in mind.

He also gave the laptop a quick once-over and cleaned the fans too. We’re so pleased we’ve found him…My Sony Vaio Z series is going in for some TLC next. I can’t imagine taking my PC kit anywhere else now.
