Technology Core LTD has a good services and pleasant costumer relationship. I ordered a laptop from Wowchers, and there is a mix-up in specification. I rang them, and they provided an optimised solution without contacting Wowchers. They are really help and the staff are good.

Purchased 2 laptops, well ThinkPads, through Woucher in error only wanted 1. Hubby said he would have the other 1. P&P was charged for each one. I called and left a message to see if it would be cheaper for them to be posted together, they sent the ThinkPads by next day delivery which I was pleased about. The packages were delivered on time and were packaged well. I downloaded Office without problems on the first one, with the second one I ran into difficulties. After spending all morning trying to sort it out myself I rang Technology Core Ltd and explained to the young lady what the problem was and she advised me that the technician would call me back in 15 mins, which he did. Explained the problem to Wael who asked if we could video call so he could see and assist me with correcting the issue. All the problem was I needed to open a different browser to enable me to activate my product code, so simple....Shortly afterwards I text him to ask how I could change my name on the start-up screen, Wael videoed immediately and showed me how to it. Thanks Wael for all your help and so sorry for being complete idiots.
