Nothing but praise for Charlie. Gave me an honest appraisal of the situation when I went to see him about some issues I was having after a (failed) upgrade attempt on my gaming PC. He diagnosed the problem, advised what was best to resolve it as well as future proof against any further related problems and gave me what I believe to be a fair quote. He actively encouraged me to shop around for my own benefit and when I decided to use his services was prompt in his work and clear in his communication. He was able to order in any specific parts I required, with little to no commitment to actually using them if I felt they weren't actually required. This lack of hard sell was very welcome.
He was also supportive in resolving some ancillary issues I was having with my speakers (Ferrite cores sorted it from the looks of things - cheers Charlie!), which I feel attests to his depth of knowledge.
In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlie as someone who can advise on both 'standard' domestic computing issues, but also for those with more bespoke gaming needs. Will definitely be returning in the future for any additional requirements I may have.

I bought a gaming PC from Charlie before Christmas, I couldn't get there until late after work, unlike most stores that will close the door on you at 5pm etc, Charlie waited for me (I had phoned ahead). Absolutely amazing service!!! I took in my sons ps5 at 11.30am, I got it back at 4.30pm🤣
Charlie is really down to earth, explains eveything to you and does an expert job!! The repair was really fiddly and he said expensive, but I was really surprised at the price he quoted. My son was ecstatic when he got home .
I would recommend anyone to use this company, I will definitely be taking future repairs to Charlie!!!

If you are wondering where you can send in your PC or other computer to be fixed, this is the place to go! I don't know where to start but we have been completely ripped off previously and it really did me to the point I just didn't trust anyone to look at our computer anymore. After being recommended this place we decided to give one last try and I'm so glad we did. Restored our faith that there are genuine people that just want to help. Lovely family run business and just earning an honest living. Can't thank Charlie and his daughter enough for being decent human beings as well as knowledgeable. 100% recommend you use this place.
