Dan was really helpful - he was responsive and made best efforts to address my questions and contact the recruiting company when required. Step’s website and use of technology could be improved - I couldn’t find the job posting on the website and the advert stayed up on other websites when I was far into the process which was misleading. Overall I had a good experience - I particularly appreciated Dan getting in touch once I’d started to ask how I was getting on.
