What a shame one member of staff can do to change your experience. The main hospital is great, staff are help and pleasant. GP hub which is no longer a minor injury walking despite online description suggests it is. In pain and unable to walk, I was met with an unhelpful female who showed no empathy and was unhelpful! I would have preferred to have been politely directed to a hospital that would have been able to help. Whilst I was sat in the empty waiting room waiting for my appointment, this female had a loud unprofessional conversation with a colleague. Won't be returning here!

What a friendly and professional service that I have always received from all the I have seen at the blood testing service and the x-ray department. Thank you all, and keep the good work up that you are doing at the NHS 👏👍.
Just had my blood test today nice and quick with nice friendly and polite nurses again, and the place is always clean 👌

Excellent customer service from reception and dermatology department reception. One of the best receptionists I have met. Guide dog owner and both of them were really friendly and guided to where I needed to be.

Very good and accessible facilities with parking available onsite adjacent. Extremely efficient and welcoming. Staff are a pleasure to interact with. Not as chaotic as some NHS hospitals and a good GP Hub and non-critical services offering.

I have been here twice. On one occasion one of the staff members was rude to patients who didn't understand to stand behind a bit of tape on the floor. In my opinion it was either due to age or language barriers that they did not understand this. The second time I went here I never witnessed this happening and I was treated with courtesy. My appointments were both on time and I achieved my appointment goals whilst there.
