The car was 40mins late picking us up from Heathrow airport. Then the driver. Oildnt remember what floor he was parked on and we were walking aimlessly on floor 2 when he realized he’d parked on floor 3. Then we had to divert off the M25 to get petrol arriving home one hour later than we should have. Not the first time this has happened so we will not be using this firm again. Completely unreliable

I’m not someone who ever usually leaves bad reviews. Sometimes people/places screw up. But my word this company is shocking.

Booked days in advance for a friend’s wedding. After 5 mins after agreed time, I called up and was told “10-15 minutes”. I stressed politely that any later and I’d be in danger of missing the ceremony.

Another 10 minutes went by and I rung back to check progress. A different operator then told me they hadn’t found us a driver yet, and then seemed surprised that I was surprised. He told me someone tried to call me about it but there was no answer. I said there no record on my phone of this missed call, and even if there was, try again!!!

Clearly I was going to have to drive there myself and forego drinking to make it on time, so said I’d be cancelling. Again for some reason he was surprised by this. I said “I’m now late for a wedding, of course I’m cancelling.” He sarcastically replied “ooooh alright” and hung up.

Total shambles, and rude with it.

Usually a decent service. Booked a car for 8am, no show by 08.05 and no call or message. Called three times and was told 30min delay. Not what you want to hear when catching a train. At least call or send a message so other arrangements can be made, and not after the car was due.

Saturday 4th January. About 11pm. Took us from Purley station to old Coulsdon. The snow was quite thick on the ground up in old Coulsdon and we live in a very hilly place. The driver got us to within half a mile from our house, I'm surprised he got that far!. Very impressive and very grateful. The roads were treacherous due to the snow. Don't know who the driver was but he's a credit to your company. Used Station Cars many times over the years and have always been very satisfied. Andy W Old Coulsdon.

DONT USE THEM if you have somewhere to be on time! 3 times in a row they have been 30min late! I explained in advance it’s for a pick up of kids in Croydon… When I talked to Tony on the phone, he said they can’t prioritise during busy times of the day. They will look at what cars are in the area 🙈 I mean I wasn’t asking to be prioritised, I had booked a taxi to pick up a certain time. Not for them to look for a taxi in the area for the time of our pickup. what type of service is that, I’ll be booking an Uber next time. The company don’t even message to say the driver will be half an hour late! Never using them again! So unreliable and very rude on the phone!. If you can’t fulfil a service during peak, then don’t over commit and tell the customer during the booking, so we can ring around other companies! Very upset kids and parents!

Seriously the worst cab service. I pre-book to get me to work on time and use them over Uber as they are easier to pre-book. Nearly 70% of the time the cars is beyond late. I book 10mins before I actually need it and on most occasions I don't get a call or text to say it's coming and I have to call them to find out what's going on. I won't be using them again.

Last but one late for an airport early run Most recent didn’t drive over 50 on the motorway and car stank of smoke to the point that it made me feel sick. Too expensive for this kind of service.
