Ordered a set of headphone for my daughter as these guys offered the best price and delivery options.

As much as DPD tried to screw everything up, Dilesh went out of his way to make things work and the parcel arrived this morning and made a young lady very happy.

I did not receive the actual product I ordered. It came in a different colour and did not include the power adapter as per the description on the website. After several messages back and forth with the company and recognising the error, they sent me a separate adapter at their own expense. I was very impressed with the lengths that they went to to resolve the issue and their kind gesture to send me the adapter. A very happy customer. I highly recommend this company.

Don't buy from these people. I ordered an SSD online, was charged for it only to be told by email it was out of stock. I still have not seen the refund. The manager claimed it was processed, showing me a printout.

He now wants me to chase this with my credit card company.

I suggested he could still send me the original order but he ignored me.

Reading through the other comments, this is happening frequently.

Their online ordering system is rubbish or they are frauds... Either way, not good.

Was able to order what I wanted at a very reasonable price - much cheaper than other outlets. Order arrived very quickly - I ordered lunchtime one day and arrived before 10am the next day. This is the second order for this company and I am very pleased with their choice of products, service and delivery. Would definitely recommend.
