Absolutely brilliant service. We have used Jon twice now and have been extremely happy with his service. Jon surveyed our house, which was a probate property that had been sitting vacant for a couple of years. He was flexible in booking and offered an impeccable end to end service. I would definitely recommend Jon and Navah Consulting to anyone looking for a thorough, detailed and easy to read report. Jon came back to us following our initial enquiry really quickly, he also had a couple of phone calls with us following the survey to talk through a few of the issues it raised. The report itself was well laid out and very clear and easy to read, along with lots of photographs and detail. All in all a great service.

Jonathan was incredibly helpful and provided an excellent and clear level 3 report for us, which helped us to decide to pull out of the home purchase, as the cost of repairs would far exceed our budget. If you have any doubts about the home, it always worth paying a little extra for a level 3 survey, instead of lumbering yourself with a money pit. I would highly recommend Jonathan's services to anyone that requires a home survey, Jonathan also provides a phone call to go through the report after the survey has been issued to you, so you can go through any parts you don't understand or want to drill down further on. Really good service and thoroughly thrilled all round.

Jon has now competed 2 surveys for us (one in 2020 and one this year). We were impressed by his professionalism, he’s been very transparent about his availability and fees, booked quickly a viewing with the estate agent, and provided us a short summary of the findings by phone after the inspection, followed quickly by a detailed report a few days later. He really went above and beyond by making himself available for another chat with us just to review what was in the report and explain further what would be his recommended actions. Thanks to him, we were able to go back swiftly to our solicitor to send the corresponding queries to our sellers.
