I tried to make enquiries about unit availability and passing rent, terms etc at Bluegates Business park, first my call was not returned so I called the following day and was told the units I was interested in were all fully let and the phone was just put down. I complained about my experience and a lovely lady named Louise took down my requirements and promptly and professionally came up with the information I’d requested. I have improved my rating to 4 stars and feel much more confident that should I call again I will be looked after.

In my experience the director & chartered surveyor Louise is untrustworthy.

The practices used by Louise in our purchase were misleading, underhand and unethical. Assuming these are implemented from the top down I would not recommend Coke Gearing.
