Since moving to the area and to this GP, I have received excellent care. I love the process of telephone consultations in the morning and Drs reviewing you before deciding next steps. I’ve always managed to get an appointment same day and I’ve never had this at any other practice. Very efficient and seen quickly.

The care provided by both Dr Brown and Dr Ekwuru is exceptional. I have been with this surgery since I was a child, and have always felt that these two go above and beyond for you. They have always provided the best solutions they can whilst taking into account your own feelings towards your care. They have both treated me when I was in some pretty dire health situations, and I have always felt in safe hands. Can't thank them enough.

Don't know what I pay NHS for - Can never get an appointment with these doctors. Need a bandage changing and they have no space and no other dates to get me in.

This surgery has the most incompetent staff that I have ever dealt with. I've been continuously passed from pillar to post, provided with false information and told that things had been arranged when they hadn't. There no communication skills between staff members and the receptionists have no idea what they're doing.
I would warn anyone off registering here, the surgery is a complete joke and surgeries like this give the NHS a bad name.

Was with this practice for over a year, the Asthma nurse & Dr Ekwuru were lovely throughout. Shame the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. Receptionists are outright rude, on the 15/12/17 the receptionist I spoke to was arguably the most unhelpful human being I've had the misfortune of speaking to. Dr Mandhar is also arrogantly brash as well, whenever they tried to give me an appointment with him I would always reschedule with another GP. Glad to be moving to another practice truth be told.

I have lived in the village for 2years and I attend the surgery quite alot 🙈.
Everytime I walk away with great satisfaction.
All of the staff including doctors are super friendly, professional and always go past there call of duty.
