Very dissapointed with them. I purchased a monitor arm (new) back in November. It had been stationary until a few days ago I decided to move the displau towards me and it snapped of its hinge. Very dangerous indeed and made me wonder about the integrity of the product. I have emailed them but they've given poor excuses stating they can respect my rights if the item is damaged which it obviously is.

Do not use this company. This company will sell you some highly used refurbished tech and pass it off as "high end" or "gaming". When it actual fact it really isn't and isn't even assembled professionally either, hard drive was fastened in place with some double sided sticky tape. This is the work of someone who is either clueless and trying to make a quick buck from reusing e-waste or someone who just doesn't give a toss

Purchased a Laptop from their eBay store. Very Quick delivery! When attempting to turn on the laptop there was an error. Contacted them and received almost immediate response. Issue was resolved quickly! Very happy with the communication. Laptop is now working well. Hope to make more purchases with them in the future! 🙂

I bought a refurbished laptop from Celebrium Technologies via eBay and when it arrived, it was faulty. I contacted them and a replacement was here within 2 days, along with a UPS returns label for the original machine. Top marks for customer service and so far so good with the replacement.

Do not buy anything from this company, they advise their PC's as "fast to high end gaming PCs" when that particular setup will cost you a dead minimum of £1600 with something like a ryzen 5900x or a i7 12700k with a 3080 or 6800xt and NOT £300! For a 3rd to 4th gen with a GT710 2GB that's older than your great gran with no longer supported GPU drivers from Nvidia itself. And then use big named games like Fortnite, rocket league, dayz, roblox and cod just to trick you into buying their systems, when their systems struggles to play the least demanding games on the market which results in very poor performance with alot of stuttering, freezing and lagging in game and very low FPS that even a playstation and Xbox would give better performance for a cheaper price!. And for the price you pay you can get another system elsewhere from a reputable company that offers 10 times the performance and more recent upto date spec for just a couple of hundred more.

Like for eg a i5 12400f, H610 motherboard and a 3060ti FE GPU with 16gb 3200mhz ram and case and fans and PSU for £650 and that there will obliterate the systems that's being sold here and it's one of the most recent budget setup you can buy that offers outstanding gaming performance even in 4k resolution. Amd to give you an idea of the performance its like jumping out of a ford KA and into a Lamborghini. So as you can see the performance is huge! Or if you wanted to cheap out even more then even a ryzen 3600x or a intel i5 10/11400f with a 2060 would set you back around £450 and give triple the performance than the rubbish these use.

So avoid this company like the plague.

Be warned, this company sell very old low spec PCs that can't play most modern games.

They plaster their adverts with buzzwords like i5, SSD, gaming PC, Fortnite, COD just to trick unsuspecting parents who don't know anything about PCs into buying garbage for hundreds of pounds.

Avoid this company like the plague.

Celebrium Technologies Ltd have been PERFECT!!! They sent us 4 x 24" monitors that looked as new, their customer service was also PERFECT: they adapted to our delivery needs and answered all our queries very efficiently. All in all, I would give them more that 5 stars! I cannot fault them - a credit to internet purchasing. THANK YOU!
