BEWARE – DO NOT USE!!

I had been taking my lovely old campervan to the garage since I bought it in 2021. They have over the last 9 months taken around £1600 off me for this and that job. Despite other things not working when I picked the van up I remained loyal to them believing that they were doing a good job and were ‘looking after’ my van. I took the van elsewhere this week and was advised it was unroadworthy and dangerous. It was extremely corroded underneath, there were leaks everywhere, holes, rust, and one part could have given way at any time. I’m gutted about my van, now gone for parts. This wasn’t stuff that only a specialist could have picked up, it was basic vehicle servicing and should have been pointed out and acted upon. Don’t waste your money with these cowboys and let the same thing happen to you.

Excellent service provided by Rob regarding a problem with my tyre. I'd thought it would need replacing but he took the time to investigate and found that the existing only need a re-seal at a fraction of the cost.
He advised me on pressures, tread depth etc to help me understand more about my car too.

I am very weary about garages, and I thought I would give this place a Try. People know very well garages can scam you on labour costs and parts. So I bought my own parts brand new as it save a large fraction of cost of there prices around £100 saved just on me getting parts online myself. I got a water pump fitted and was qouted labour cost only as i had parts. Which was around £200. Anyway lunchtime came I recieved a call of Macanic to say he’s fitted it and it’s faulty!!!
Shafted no1. £200 labour charge for nothing. I wasn’t covered as I didn’t buy part through them shafted 2. So they Charged me there price for parts and labour I ended up with a bill of them for around £500 for a £150 job tops. It’s a scam I’ve heard garages use a lot to get extra money. Ripped off I was. What are chances of a brand new part being knackered !! Avoid. I’ve found a freind now who has a garage and he’s transparent with me. Avoid this place unless you want charging extras and u will get a call when your motors there to get extra charges!!!!

lovely friendly staff. Very understanding and helpfull in sorting my problem out.would recommended to anyone
