Over the last seven years, Sugdens Queensbury have been involved in three transactions for me (sold two and bought one) including a particularly complex valuation and sale of an assisted living flat and have always been knowledgeable about their market and (particularly Maxine) superbly responsive and helpful.

We used Sugdens to sell our property and buy our new one.  We hoped to proceed quickly but it wasn’t possible, no fault of Sugdens, they were amazing through both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new.  Communication with them was always spot on and they always followed through. Timings were always fast on getting back to us.  Cannot fault them in any way, Maxine and her team were great. Thank you for all you have done helping us find our forever home.

What a team they are amazing. We selected Sugdens after my father in law died of COVID and we were left the house to sell. They made the process very simply to understand at such a hard time as the house had been in the family for many years. Due to us living at the other end of the country communications was key for us. I could not fault them they were so helpful, efficient and stayed calm even if we had called them multiple times cause the buyer was taking so long. Sugdens also went above and beyond what should have been an easy sale but landed up to be very time consuming sale. Unfortunately after this sale it is unlike that we will need to use Sugdens again however for anyone reading this review please consider Sugdens we cant thank them enough.
