I cannot recommend this wonderful lady enough. Depsite it only being three days before her own wedding she fitted me in for a treatment she doesn’t usually offer.
Kerensa was professional and her attention to detail makes her a protectionist, she won’t send you home until you are both happy with the results.
I went away not only over the moon with the results, but also in awe of what a hard working, selfless woman she is. Thank you so much Kerensa!

Kerensa has been doing my nails, toes and brows for at least 5 years. She is extremely competent in all areas of beauty, she takes time to understand exactly what I need, she is punctual, friendly and very approachable. I cannot recommend her enough ?

I recently booked an appointment and despite really looking forward to my pedicure I did not have a good experience. I messaged ahead to say I was running 5 minutes late (appreciate this is my fault), however when I got to the road using Google maps it didn’t exist (as it’s a new road). I was messaging frantically as I didn’t know where to go and drove around in circles. Eventually I figured out a new route and arrived at 1:15 in quite a flap. Despite there still being 45 minutes of my appointment left, to my visible destress, Kerensa told me she couldn’t see me and would be keeping my £15 deposit and it wasn’t her problem Google maps hasn’t updated yet. I said I didn’t mind a rushed appointment, and even pleaded for something which took less time like a manicure. Each response was ‘computer says no’ and I left very upset. I today have a pedicure booked with Margaret Dabbs and the appointment is 40 minutes! I will not be recommending and still think it very unfair my £15 was taken. I suspect Kerensa had been working all day and wanted a lunch break.
