I've been to the Paul's workshop called 'Customer Excellence Training' and found the workshop very useful,informative and had lot to take home. Paul Beesley is incredibly knowledgeable and understands the individuality of his audience quite well. Paul explained the subject in a way that each one of us can relate it to our businesses and see how these things would have fit in our businesses to improve our customer satisfaction. Beyond Theory's How Behaviour Breeds Behaviour Bite-size online training module is a well-balanced blend of principles and practice covering topics including persuasion and influencing. The session also included interesting video clips and practical 'homework' exercises to reinforce learning as well as a module outline to take away. I am really looking forward to joining my next Bite-size training module!
