Rob and Laura were very helpful, selling our house quickly (twice) and chasing the other agents and solicitors who didn't seem to be that bothered about completing a 7 house chain. Jacobs Steel were a pleasure to deal with and made the process of buying my flat both quick and stress free. Leanne is a superstar!! she took care of me from the start all the way through to the completion and was always on hand to answer questions and always contacted me to keep me in the loop whenever something had progressed and chased other parties to help the sale go smoothly and quickly. having dealt with many pushy and self serving estate agents (from other companies) trying to sell me a flat i told them i didn't like repeatedly.
